…is never easy to do. For four days we will be waiting…patiently waiting, for his return. He will be sorely missed, but my man is on a mission. A mission that he is pretty compassionate about…one helping other men be the very best that they can be…for their families, for their children, for their wives, for their friends…for themselves…and on a larger scale, for our society…and for that I am very proud. Although it may be hard for these kiddos to understand…someday they will, and when he comes home there will be lots of room to celebrate! If I haven’t pulled out all my hair by then that is!
saying goodbye

Wow, how wonderful — what a great community for your husband to be involved in.
And what a lovely picture of your lovely family!
I just read a bit over at the site. veeery interesting! I'd be proud, too! Hope his trip went by quick.
THANK YOU and BLESS YOU earth mama for the weight that you bear while your man is off doing whatever it takes to help men see the gold that is in their hearts. I was on that journey with him. I am so grateful to you, and to my wife, and to the many wives and partners that carry the weight of the home while we are away.
And I am so happy that you feel the import of this mission that we are living for. Though I don't know your children – I am doing it in the hopes that they will grow in a world full of caring, powerful and nurturing men.
My husband has been out of town a lot this past month. He just got home after being gone for 4 days. It fluctuates between 3 and 4 nights gone each week. I had my little nervous breakdown that second week and he came home a day early : ) I'm getting used to him being gone for work. He needed to do it in order to keep himself billable so, we do what we have to do. Good luck! You'll find your rhythm and I hope something really great comes of it. ♥
If your husband looks at the site and has any questions, my husband would be happy to answer any questions he may have or talk to him about his experience. They host the retreats all over the country, so Im sure you might be able to find one semi nearby.

Ugh, My man is out of town too, and I considered pulling my hair out yesterday! I'll pray for you tonight when I'm elbow deep in dishwater and reeking like baby pee!!
