right now, I AM:: a series

Right now, I AM…noticing that dirt beneath the fingernails means the day was enjoyed to it’s fullest.

Taking pictures is one of the ways I manage to remind myself regularly to acknowledge all of the things around me I have to appreciate. No matter how big or how small, we all have a lot to be grateful for every single day.

Today, I am starting a series called “right now, I AM”. Every Wednesday I will post a post with one image combined with a short sentence that starts out as “right now, I AM…”. This simple exercise helps me to take a moment out of my day to open my eyes, take a look around, and see something wonderful that is right in front of me that I can truly appreciate. Whenever I do this simple task, I can feel my heart swell with gratitude for the life I have.

I invite you all to join in on the fun by posting your own “right now, I AM” posts with a link back to this post, and come back to this space each Wednesday to leave a link to your post. I really believe that together we can help each other to shine the abundance of good that we see all around us. That to me is a very wonderful, aware, and proactive momentum to set off on. Oh, I do hope you will come and join me on this adventure! Grab a button and let’s go!
